The Holiday Fair is a Christmas market and community social to raise funds for parish ministries and to offer the opportunity to shop from a selection of unique items and gifts, including Fair Trade vendors and alternative giving options as well as handmade arts and crafts. Parish ministries use this fun event to help raise money for their ministry's activities during the year, and many parishioners rent a table to support their own businesses.
If you are an interested in being a vendor at our Holiday Fair, download the Merchant Registration and Guidelines form and submit it as indicated by the registration deadline date on the form.
Volunteers are needed to solicit new vendors and help with clean up and set up. If you'd like to get involved in hosting this annual parish event, contact Jennifer in the parish office!
On Fridays during Lent, following Stations of the Cross in the church, all parishioners are invited to share a simple meal of soup and bread and be reminded of a common journey through Lent. Soup Suppers begin around 6:30 p.m. in Hecker Hall.
Ministries and individuals bring pots of homemade meatless soup and loaves of bread to share with others. A volunteer to coordinate each Soup Supper and volunteers for set up and clean up are needed in addition to those who bring soups or bread. To get involved, contact Jennifer in the parish office.
