How do I submit something for a mass announcement?

Generally submissions are due at 3 p.m. the Monday before the weekend for which the submission should be announced. It is preferred that submissions are e-mailed to the liturgy office as plain text. All submissions are subject to editing and must be approved.

The general criteria all announcements must meet are:

  1. Open to the whole faith community with a general expectation that a very large number is expected to attend or participate.
  2. Will be taking place after Mass or that week.
  3. Must be a ministry or event associated with the parish.

How do I post a flyer or announcement on campus?

All flyers, posters, brochures, etc. must be turned in to the front office.  Only approved and dated posters, brochures or flyers will be allowed.  Any postings not approved will be removed.  All material must be appropriate information for the mission of our parish and the Catholic Church.  Publicity is usually posted no more than two weeks prior to the event and must be professionally designed. Due to limited space, events off campus, for a very small number of people, or that conflict with a large parish event, activity, or liturgy may not be accepted. Please direct further questions to the front office at 512-477-9471.
