Occasionally the office closes early on religious holidays. The office is typically closed on federal holidays. Notices regarding closures are posted in advance on the exterior doors of Newman Hall. Holiday and Holy Day hours and mass times are also available by calling the parish office at 512-477-9471 and dialing 515 during the welcome message.
Parish and school groups may reserve rooms for meetings or events by completing the Reservation Request Form found under Documents on this page and submitting it to the parish receptionist. All events are subject to approval. Events hosted by school groups must be approved by the principal.
Community groups or individuals planning an event not associated with a ministry of St. Austin are welcome to contact the parish office to inquire about holding meetings in our spaces. Your request will be evaluated by our business office based on space available to accomodate your request and by our ministry staff based on your organization's appropriateness to our mission. A small fee to cover the cost of energy consumption and/or custodial services may apply.
All reservations must be submitted one week in advance. Because space is limited, last minute reservations are discouraged and may be denied. Changes to approved reservations must be made no less than one (1) business day before the event.
